I used Ingo Money to link my debit card and it went through quickly... no weird errors or long waiting around like I’ve had with other apps. The steps were simple to follow, and I had my bank added in just a few minutes. Worked fine for me.

The deposit limits have worked fine for what I usually cash. I haven’t had to split anything up or sit around waiting, which is good because I really don’t want to deal with extra steps just to get a deposit done. It’s been easy overall

I had a dispute on my account that thankfully ended up getting fixed, so I do appreciate that. But in my case, waiting for the refund to actually come through was annoying. I’ve dealt with refunds before, and this one felt slower than I expected.

The app works okay sometimes, but the notifications really aren’t that helpful. A few alerts showed up late, and other times they didn’t really explain what actually happened. I still had to open the app to figure things out, and that part was weird. Annoying, honestly

I used Ingo Money to cash a check the photo part was easy... for the most part. I did have to retake the back of the check once because there was some glare, but after that it went through fine. The money came through like it was supposed to, so yeah, overall I’d say it’s a decent app.

I’ve had to go back and pull up old receipts a few times, it’s been simple every time. Everything is laid out clearly enough that I didn’t have to hunt around or second-guess where to look. It just feels reliable, and my instinct is that I can trust it when I need to find something.

the app worked fine overall, but i did get a little stuck on the endorsement part at first.
i wasn’t totally sure what i was supposed to write on the check, so i had to reread the instructions a few times before it clicked. a simple example right on that screen would’ve helped a lot before taking the pictures.
once i figured it out, everything else went smoothly. it wasn’t a bad experience, just a little less clear than it should’ve been.

I’ve used Ingo Money quite a few times now, usually when I’ve got a check that I need dealt with quickly, and it’s been consistent for me each time so I just keep using it because I haven’t really run into any strange problems or surprises.
The app is easy enough to figure out and the money has shown up when it said it would, the fees still aren’t exactly something I love paying but at least I know what I’m getting into before I do it, so for me it’s been one of those apps that just does what I need it to do every time

I signed up and then ended up waiting days for approval without any clear updates. It was frustrating, honestly. I felt kind of dismissed, like nobody was really keeping me in the loop or bothering to explain what was going on.
